Every day they answer calls, they welcome scales and other equipment, they perform diagnosis, they clear doubts and they deliver solutions. They are part of the department that offers support to Balanças Marques’ customers. They are our – your – Marques Clinic.
When one comes into Marques Clinic, it’s impossible to miss the bustle. Part of the team of 13 employees that create our customer support department, Bruno Silva tells us about the “constant but captivating challenge” it is to work here. “The work Dynamics and great deal of services and solicitations from clients of the different support areas test us on a daily basis”, he explains.
While some send emails and talk to someone on the other line (and on the other end of the world), others are on the counter – aka our operating room – assembling, disassembling and repairing equipment, or go wherever needed to offer assistance and formation where they are requested.
The mission? Give the best care possible to our scales, weighbridges and respective appendices (whether they are POS, software, weight viewers,…) and, most of all, to assure our partners get the support they need. “Around here we manage all the tasks and resources to be able to respond to the processes within the defined deadlines and please the customer”, sums up one of the department responsible, Ana Roxo.
More than repairing equipment or clearing doubts, this team takes care of a very important core to Balanças Marques: each one of our products and customers. It is here to guarantee the health and vitality of those objects that, at first sight, may seem simple weighing instruments – and that truly are much more than that. They are technological products, result of investment and dedication, and are also a vital part of the businesses that trust our company.
