It’s dedicated to the Research and Development of Software for retail and industry. Created and joined in the Group in 2010.
Know moreAcquisition in 2004 of the entire share capital of EUROPESAGEM - Comércio Internacional de Balanças, Lda, a company specialized in the distribution of commercial and industrial weighing equipment (Founded in 2001).
Know moreOfficial representative of the German brand ESPERA, of weighing and labeling equipment. Created in 2011.
Know moreA single software, several ways of working, including trucks weighing.
* Multiplatform - configuration up to 8 platforms;
* Communication with analog cells and digital cells:
- Analog Cell - In the scale configuration mode with analog cells, the software somehow replicates a BM1000 viewer, allowing you to make all the features that the BM1000 allows.
- Digital Cell - In digital cells it is also possible to check each cell connected to this scale, checking the internal points it is sending and if it is leveled, thus allowing a faster analysis of the instruments status. In addition, in the case of scales with digital cells, it is possible to check up to 32 connected cells at the same time.
* Definition of formulas for level control or relay actuation (up to 10 configurable formulas):
- Management of up to 8 inputs and 8 outputs.
* Connection of external viewers, printers or other peripherals;
* Different working modes:
- Simple Weighing
It is a normal operating mode, which allows the basic functions of a weighing instrument to be performed. Allowing to tare or fix the tare of an object, zeroing an instrument or printing a weighing ticket.
- Weighing with totals
This mode is an extension of the simple weighing mode, allowing you to accumulate weighings. These accumulations can be carried out on two levels, a total or a large total. The total is the accumulation of the instrument at work, corresponding to the accumulation of a ticket (a purchase of several weighings), while the grand total may be the accumulation of the various tickets, this grand total can be activated or deactivated.
In this mode there is also the option of using an exclusive or shared system. The difference with this system is that the equipment will work in isolation from all other scales present, in the case of the shared system the scales that are in the same working mode will be working together, that is, the accumulation can be carried out in several pieces of equipment at the same time.
- Level control
Level control works through formulas. These formulas can be defined in several ways in order to activate or deactivate a level as desired, giving a visual perspective of the product being weighed. These formulas are also directly correlated with the physical outputs that the instrument may have.
- Discontinuous totalizer
This mode is a very particular way of operating the instrument. This is the operation of an automatic weighing instrument, in which the weighing is continued through cycles. That is, in each cycle a product value will be totaled close to the target weight defined by the instrument user. In this way, a physical output is defined and used to control the weighing instruments feed motor and another to control the weighing instruments discharge after the product has been added up.
- Trucks weighing
This mode allows you to control the trucks that are weighed on the scales. It has two weighing modes, simple weighing and normal weighing. Simple weighing is just a weighing of the truck, and a receipt is printed for that weighing, while the normal weighing consists of two weighings, the weighing of the trucks input and the weighing corresponding to the trucks output. This mode also allows you to view the weighings that are already in progress.
In the table menu there are the following options: Registration; Entities; Driver; Articles; Weighing; Maps; Importation exportation.
