FEATURES

Weighbridge for installation above ground or built-in, constructed with standard metal modules with a width of 1.675 meters, allowing to configure platforms up to 30 meters long and 3,35 meters wide.

With a new design, we increased the flexural strength of the module by 15%. Internal parts laser cut, which guarantees high dimensional accuracy in parts and permit, thus, that the welding of the various internal elements of the module is carried out through automatic welding, with welding robot. The automatic welding allows all performed welds always present the same quality and reliability, which otherwise would not be possible to achieve.

The cover plate is a single, whole piece. We have thus achieved an increase in module strength, reduction of internal stresses in the cover plate, reduction of plate oxidation problems due to weld bead, and minimization of water ingress into the module. We get a clean, unique and uniform surface. Reduction of the spaces without support of the cover plate through a good distribution of the beams and auxiliary supports.

Depending on the length of the bridge, the PCM M1500e weighbridges may have 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 load cells MC-CT, entirely made of stainless steel, with IP 68 protection.
