Fixed installation scale, with metallic structure, developed by computer specially for weighing containers, forming a compact set of high resistance and robustness.
The chassis are fixed to the ground by means of dowels and connected to each other by a metallic profile, guaranteeing resistance to the forces exerted when placing the containers on the scale.
It does not require the execution of any civil construction work. The chassis receive the transverse beams, fitting the cell feet into the respective supports. Scale height of 325mm.
Built in a modular system, reducing assembly time and facilitating the fitting of modules. The wiring is placed at the installation site of the equipment.
The transverse beams have upper covers, to access the load cells and facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the scale. It contains central guides, to facilitate the placement of the container, and stops on one of the tops, to ensure that the container does not slide out of the scale.
The surface of the scale is made of smooth sheet metal, to ensure that the container slides into the scale. The finish is carefully prepared to ensure a perfect adhesion of the zinc epoxy primer and subsequent painting with polyurethane enamel.
