Weighbridge with metal modules

Innovation is part of our DNA and from the beginning that our weighbridge is distinguished by being at the forefront and pioneering the implementation of major advances in engineering and technology.


The PCM M1500e weighbridge has a rigid and intelligent structure, with technical profiles specially designed and calculated for this model, which adds more stability and strength.


With the best quality sheet metal, the new intelligent profiles are laser-defined and fully produced in the latest robotic welding section of our metalworking unit.


The PCM M1500e is fully configurable in versions ranging from 4 to 12 load cells, being 100% compatible with analog and digital load cells Model MC-CT.

Installing a PCM M1500e takes less than a day. It has been developed so that it can be installed easily with the use of few human and technical resources, through a fully modular factory prepared.

Modular

The modules can be completely metallic or mixed (metal and reinforced concrete).
The Bridge Scale is also made up of transverse beams.

Load Cells

The Load Cells are already installed, centered and blocked in the Cross Beams for transportation and installation of the Weighbridge.

Option Side Guides

All the Weighbridges have the mounting brackets for the side guides in tubes of 2 without rounding at the edges.

Option Stairs

Stairs are fixed in the same place as the Side Guides.

Option Metal Ramps

You can fit 2 or 3 metal ramps per end with their chassis.
