Dry Processing Control Module is a software from Balanças Marques that allows you to manage and automate the different processes in the treatment cycle of your delicatessen products.

Connected by wifi to our weighbridge, it helps you take advantage of the weight to automatically know when the products have reached the ideal drying point.

Based on the knowledge of your business, inserted directly by you in the software, it sends you a notification when a set of products has lost the determined weight that is, the percentage of moisture required.

This way, theres no longer needed to manually check each item. The process is automated and results in:

- in the production of sausages more homogeneous in maturing and without mismatched breaks.

- energy-saving, as you do not need to constantly open the drying chamber and can turn it off as soon as the process is finished.

In addition, our software gives you the possibility to monitor processes remotely and consult information later for traceability and quality control purposes.
