- We extended our products’ guarantee.
Because we’re solidary with the difficulties our customers are facing, we ruled to extend in 3 months the guarantee of the equipment that is still under the legal time. Which means our weighbridges, scales and software that are still under their guarantee are automatically added with 3 extra months. Everything to be able to be there for you when you need the most.
- We started online training series.
Because we like to turn obstacles into opportunities, we decided to invest in online training series, free of charge and thought to the detail to fit your needs. We already talked about labelling, take away and new functions on ETPOS, and we have more themes planned for the next few weeks. Everything to hand you the information you need to work with our products and to help you take advantage of the extra time you spend at home.
- We postponed the obligation of renewing ETPOS’ licences.
Because we’re perfectly aware of the challenges that are coming to those businesses which had their doors closed because of the pandemic, we determined that companies in the conditions won’t have to renew their expired ETPOS licences. As such, while they can’t resume their activities, these establishments won’t suffer any penalty for not renewing their software licence. Everything to support you in these critical times and to help you overcome them.
- We give remote support.
Because, as always, we’re here for you, thanks to new technologies we already everything set to give remote support to our partners and customers. Social distancing, remote work and all the conditioning factors of the present don’t stop us from maintaining our availability.
